For most orders, please allow 1-5 business days for delivery to your selected pickup location.

Orders must be picked up within 5 working days (7 calendar days) of delivery. Please bring government-issued photo ID. If your ID address does not match the package label address, you will also need your tracking number and another form of ID: (utility bill or statement, health or car insurance card, property statement from the county or city website, or credit card bill).

If the package is not picked up within 5 working days (7 calendar days), the package will automatically be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.

Anyone who lives at the same address as you can use the tracking number on the package label and a government-issued photo ID to prove they live at the same address to pick up your package. They can also use alternative ID to prove they live with you.
